This villa is a very simple and modern villa. The name comes from the typical open style that many buildings in the Caribbean have. The villa is located in one of the best areas in the Dominican Republic at Puntacana Resort & Club, which is a resort residential community with a 24-hour gated entrance and security.
Close by you will find the most incredible virgin-like beach of Playa Serena with powdery white sand and a clear, shallow ocean. The beach is very suitable for families and kids as the ocean often is calm. If you like a more lively beach, you are also within walking distance of Playa Blanca Beach Club which is also inside the resort-community area. To get around the resort, the villa rental includes two 4-passenger golf/touring carts. You can use these carts to go anywhere inside Puntacana Resort & Club.

My favorite is the entrance to the villa with a clean and minimalistic wooden swing door. Here you get the warm and special tropical welcoming. The villa has 5 beautiful and comfortable bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
At the heart of the villa, you’ll find the tropical, beautiful garden with palm trees and white stone pathways that gives this villa a truly Zen atmosphere. The villa has an open design from the front entrance all the way through the spacious terrace, pool area, and garden. The villa is built on 2 levels.
